By submitting work for the show you're agreeing to receive periodic emails concerning the Smoke & Oak Whiskey Tasting and Art showcase and our sister events in the DMV area. You're also granting Artbae + Grail Arthouse permission to contact you via text message and/or phone call in which standard messaging, data and phone call rates may apply.

We will never give out or sell your information and it is used solely by Artbae + Grail Arthouse to communicate regarding the events that you register for.

Upon your acceptance, there is a ZERO dollar participation fee to be included in the showcase:

·  Artists and guests are welcome for the opening of the showcase at 8pm on Saturday, April 27th.

·  Artwork must be dropped off between Wednesday, April 24th and Friday, April 26th (by appointment only).

·  Artwork must remain onsite for the duration of the show (April 27th - May 18th).

·  We take a 15% commission on all sales; therefore, we ask that you consider pricing your artwork accordingly to account for this percentage.

·  All artwork is welcome for this open call, but we kindly request that it reflects a "speakeasy" vibe (deco art, art with dark, moody tones, warm colors, etc) .
